We’re honoured to have been shortlisted for multiple prestigious awards this year, recognising our innovation, commitment to quality, and outstanding customer service. Among these is the Bett Awards 2025, where we’re a finalist in the ‘Ahead by Bett Further Education & Higher Education Technology’ category. These accolades affirm our leadership in delivering cutting-edge solutions across education, healthcare, and business sectors.

Global Expansion: Australia Highlights

LapSafe® Sales Manager, Jamie Crathern, embarked on an extensive tour across six Australian cities: Perth, Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. This trip strengthened our connections with universities, TAFE institutions, and public sector organisations, showcasing the growing demand for our Diplomat™ Pro Smart Lockers and ONARKEN® software. One standout moment was reconnecting with TAFE SA, home to our largest Australian installation. Their ongoing enthusiasm highlights the significant operational benefits our solutions deliver, solidifying LapSafe® as a trusted global leader. TAFE SA already has 14 Smart Lockers, offering a total of 504 locker bays.

UK Growth

We’re proud to support 85% of UK universities and 47% of UK colleges, providing them with smart lockers and charging solutions tailored to their needs.

Scotland’s Success

Our growth in Scotland has been remarkable, with 93% of Scotland’s universities and 70% of its colleges using our solutions to enhance efficiency and improve asset management.

NHS Milestones

We’ve also expanded our presence in the NHS this year. We have rounded up some of our top healthcare customers who have successfully implemented our Smart Lockers into their infrastructure and are using the device loaning and drop-off & collect services:

Product Innovations

Sovran™ Launch - This year, we introduced our latest smart locker, Sovran™, at the Workspace Design Show 2024. Its success has been fantastic, with installations across the UK revolutionising workspace storage.

ChargeLite™ Rebrand - Our storage and charging range, previously known as ClassBuddy™, was rebranded as ChargeLite™ to reflect its evolution beyond education into wider sectors. The range includes versatile trolley solutions, a desk and wall unit, and a locker system, all maintaining the quality and functionality our customers expect.

Exhibitions

We participated in 23 exhibitions across the UK and 8 international events in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Amsterdam, and Barcelona. These platforms allowed us to connect with customers, showcase our technology, and build partnerships with like-minded organisations.

Our Sales and Marketing team has expanded, welcoming new members to support our growing portfolio and customer base.

ISO 9001:2015 Success
